I went to work for roehl the end of september my first day of driving was the 1st of october. Roehl is detaile with making sure you do not violate the log book. Roehl however has no concern with making sure their own house is in order. for example the recruiter stated I could expect 2300 to 2700 miles a week pulling a reefer. the truth is for the first 2 months i was well less than 2000. The month of december i saw a 34 hour reset in between nearly every load. I have been working for roehl three and a half months I have just gone over 30000 miles on the truck you know that does not paid miles. their layover pay is none existant they state they will pay it but I recently spent 5 days in birmingham for no pay. day one they said i had less than 6 hours on my 70 so no pay day two waiting period to layonver no pay day three they moved me 100 miles (to a better market they stated) no pay day four another waiting period no pay day five they sent a load to get picked up the next day no pay
